OPEN QUIZ 4 - 72 questions

❗ We are updating our daily quiz program for more productivity and participation

❗ Everyone contributes Everyone learns 

❗ From tomorrows quiz onwards each participant should enter 1 Question inorder to attend the quiz which has all the questions from other aspirants including your question.

❗ Suppose 100 people did the quiz today. 100 questions will be collected and this 100 questions will be available as quiz next day. 

❗ Rank list will also be published the next day. 

❗ This cycle continues 

❗ The main intention is to increase everyone's participation and increase the number of questions for the quiz per day

 ❗ This way maximum number of questions can be collected and worked out everyday 

❗ Quizzes will be available for revision from  the next day 

❗ Try not to entre same questions more than once. That way new new questions can be worked out. 

❗ Kerala PSC previous questions are preferred 

❗ Questions of the syllabus for the nearest exams will be preferred 

❗ Take this as a platform for everyone to learn and grow together and grow the community

❗ Time of quiz will be 7:30 pm everyday , Ranklist will be published 7 pm next day

MACHINE TOOLS - SHAPER MACHINE

The shaper is a machine tool used primarily for:  1. Producing a flat or plane surface which may be in a horizontal, a vertical or an angular plane.  2. Making slots, grooves and keyways  3. Producing contour of concave/convex or a combination of these Working Principle: The job is rigidly fixed on the machine table. The single point cutting tool held properly in the tool post is mounted on a reciprocating ram. The reciprocating motion of the ram is obtained by a quick return motion mechanism. As the ram reciprocates, the tool cuts the material during its forward stroke. During return, there is no cutting action and this stroke is called the idle stroke.
